Spray drying. The whole drying process is completed in a vacuum environment. This greatly reduces the drying temperature of materials. And it solves the difficult problem in spray drying of heat sensitive materials, sugary materials and biological materials.
Color touch screen: PID constant temperature control for the heating temperature. The feed speed of the peristaltic pump can be adjusted at any time.
Spraying nozzles are concentric. During spraying, the concentric design can guarantee no spraying to the bottle wall caused by eccentricity. After installed, spraying nozzles can be lifted up and down to facilitate the adjustment of the spraying position and improve the spray drying effect; the two-fluid spraying structure is adopted. The dryer is precision-manufactured in high-quality stainless steel. Compact, it’s easy to use with no auxiliary equipment. It can also withstand the test of time.
A noise reduction and shock absorbing system, sophistically developed by our company, is equipped in the dryer. The system can effectively reduce the noise of the vacuum pump and air compressor.
In order to meet the user requirement of adjusting various parameters in the experimental range, the real-time PID constant temperature control technology is adopted in the design of the drying temperature control. In this way, the temperature control in the full temperature zone can remain accurate. The heating temperature control precision can reach up to ±1 °C.
The feed amount can be adjusted through the feed peristaltic pump. Its rated capacity is 1,500mL/H.
The instant spray drying (1,500ML/H) at the low temperature (50°C) can be achieved. The moisture content of the dried material is less than 1%. Under such dry conditions, the chemical structures and biological activities can be well maintained of easily oxidizable, volatile and heat sensitive materials;
