II. Technical features of YC-1800 laboratory low-temperature spray dryer
YC-1800 spray dryer is a perfect combination of low-temperature and high-temperature spray drying:

YC-1800 laboratory low temperature spray dryer is a perfect combination of low-temperature and high-temperature spray drying. It has a maximum inlet air temperature of 200℃ and can meet the experimental or technical demands of users for drying general materials. The whole drying process can be finished under an inlet air temperature of 105℃ (outlet air temperature can be as low as 60℃). It drastically reduces the temperature of materials drying and solves the problems in drying heat-sensitive materials.
The drying chamber is made from SUS304 stainless steel and high borosilicate glass, which is helpful for effective observation and adjustment of technical parameters during an experiment. Meanwhile, the stainless steel body is hard to break, thus can help save experiment expenditure.
Fluid-bed drying is provided as an optional function. Besides liquids, many labs need drying lots of powders. But vacuum chambers or other drying tools are ineffective for drying powders. YC-1800 spray dryer, with built-in fluid-bed drying function, can effectively dry up powder that contains water to low water content. One machine can be used for two purposes.
Easy material preparation: The minimum amount of material needed is only 20-30ml, convenient for treatment of small samples. The maximum treatment capacity reaches 1,500ml/H and enables quick treatment of a large number of materials.
Temperature protection: The temperature of the heater will be very high at the end of an experiment, so it is necessary for the draught fan to continue to work to reduce the inner temperature. In this way, the safety of the device can be guaranteed. Consequently, automatic control of the fan operation is available in a YC-1800laboratory low temperature spray dryer. For safety, the draught fan cannot be turned off even in the case of misoperation. And the fan will not automatically stop until the temperature drops below the system default.
